1. Eligibility
Promo is open to all new and existing postpaid residential SkyCable Platinum, SkyCable Gold, SkyCable Silver and ZPDee subscribers with the following account status:
      - Posted as of draw date
      - active and current by draw date
      - Metro Manila subscribers only (Not available to Camanava/Rizal)

2. All eligible subscribers are qualified to join the promo and automatically earn raffle entries through the ff:

3. Based on a point system, entries are accumulated by the subscriber every time there is an account activity.

5. Prizes

6. A subscriber may only win once during the promo period. Account must be current upon redemption to receive prize.

7. Winners will be notified through telephone call and registered mail. The winners’ names will also be announced on mySky (channel 33), SkySked (channel 11) and posted on www.skycable.com .

8. To claim, winners must bring a valid ID with photo and signature, latest SkyCable bill or receipt of latest payment, and copy of registered mail received. Prizes may be claimed from the SkyCable Postpaid Marketing Office, 33F East Tower, Philippine Stock Exchange Center, Ortigas Center Pasig. Winners may coordinate their redemption schedule by calling 636-9292 local 5454, Mondays-Fridays, 9am-5pm.

9. Prizes not claimed 60 days after receipt of the registered mail shall be forfeited upon approval of the DTI representative. All prizes are transferable but non-convertible to cash.

10. All related taxes shall be shouldered by SkyCable Corporation.

11. The winner of the Guiness 9-Ball Trip to Jakarta, Indonesia from ESPN STAR Sports must strictly follow the planned itinerary when in Jakarta. The trip will be scheduled by ESPN STAR Sports in October 2008 and the winner must follow this set date.

12. The winner of the Trip to HongKong from Channel [V] must strictly follow the planned itinerary when in HongKong. The trip will be scheduled by Channel [V] from July to September, 2008 and the winner must follow this set date.

13. The Nickelodeon Party at Discovery Suites is good for ninety people (thirty kids with two guardians each). Prize fulfillment should be scheduled in the month of August or September 2008 at a time and date agreed upon at least one month before the party date by Nickelodeon Asia and the winner.

14. All employees of SkyCable Corporation, Channel Sponsors, associated affiliates and its advertising agencies including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
