What are the different packages available?
You have 3 SkyCable packages to choose from:
SKYCable Platinum is the ultimate in digital cable TV entertainment.
There are three packages to choose from: the HBO PAK, the Metro Pack and MBC.
SKYCable Gold offers powerhouse cable TV programming with channels not available with other providers. Enjoy exclusive channels such as Cinemax, Kidsco, Hallmark Channel, Discovery Channel and Animal Planet for only P1000 a month.
SKYCable Silver offers the best value-for-money programming at only P780 per month. With the most-watched cable TV channels such as AXN, CNN, HBO and Nickelodeon, it's a channel lineup that the whole family will enjoy.
 


What's the difference between SKYCable Platinum and SKYCable Gold?
SKYCable Platinum has at least 20 channels more than SKYCable Gold. It is a digital cable TV subscription and would require the installation of DigiBox to each TV set. As such, Platinum subscribers not only enjoy additional digital channels; they also get an enhanced cable TV experience with sharper reception, an Electronic Program Guide, parental control functions and more flexibility in channel surfing.


What's the difference between SKYCable Gold and SKYCable Silver?
SKYCable Gold has 5 channels more than SKYCable Silver, namely, Cinemax, KidsCo, Hallmark, Discovery Channel and Animal Planet.

How can I upgrade to SKYCable Gold or Platinum?
Simply prepare a formal letter of request and send by fax (635-6406), email callcenter@skycable.com or mail to SKYCable-Customer Care Department, 409 P Guevarra cor. Ibanez St., San Juan. You may also personally submit your letter to any of our business offices


What are the different channels I can enjoy?
SKYCable subscribers enjoy all the most-watched cable TV channels plus exclusive channels not available in any other provider in Metro Manila. Click here for the channel lineup of each package.


Is SKYCable available in provincial households?

How much do I pay upon installation of my cable TV service?
SKYCable residential subscribers only need to pay installation fee and one-month advance. Visit the SKYCABLE Packages page to learn more.

Additional costs to be charged up front include:

  • P250 per additional outlet
  • Excess cable (P15 per foot. Every new account is entitled to 120 feet of free cable from post to first TV and 25 feet of free cable from main line to additional outlet.)


Do you have bundled pricing and packages?
SKYCable delivers other services to your homes over the same cable line that goes into your TV. Not only do existing cable TV subscribers maximize their cable TV connection, they get to enjoy special rates, too.
SKYCable Gold and Silver subscribers who subscribe to SkyBroadband enjoy a 15% discount on their cable TV bill.

How do I read my Statement of Account (SOA)?

LEGEND

  1. ACCOUNT NUMBER. This is the fixed unique number assigned to you. Always use this number when inquiring about your account. Please also use as reference when paying.
  2. STATEMENT DATE. This refers to the date when your statement of account was processed.
  3. AMOUNT DUE, BALANCE FROM LAST BILL. This is the balance from your last bill that must be paid immediately to avoid disconnection.
  4. AMOUNT DUE, CURRENT CHARGES. This is the sum of all charges for the month with specific due date.
  5. TOTAL AMOUNT DUE. This is the total amount to be paid.
  6. DUE DATE/S. These are the date/s when amount/s due must be paid.
  7. ANNOUNCEMENT/REMINDERS. This is the space where important information about your subscription is printed. Make sure to always check this space so you won't miss out on key announcements.


When is my bill due?
Your bill is due 21 calendar days after your statement date.


Where can I pay my bill?
For your convenience, you may pay your SKYCable bill at all SKYCable branches, most major banks, accredited Bayad Centers, LBC Branches and 7-11 convenience stores, and all SM Payment Centers. You may also pay through your credit card and select ATM and phonebanking facilities.


Where do I find program schedules?
Click here to view the schedules of your favorite channels. You may also find hourly program schedules of your favorite channels at SkySked (channels 11). Please note that SKYCable obtains these schedules from the channels and that channels reserve the right to make unannounced, last minute changes.

Can I watch cable TV from more than 1 TV set in my house?
Yes, by applying for additional outlets. For a minimal connection fee per outlet (P356), SKYCable can install additional outlets for you to enjoy clear SKYCable reception from more than 1 TV set in your home. Simply call 631-0000 for application. Monthly subscription fee for each additional outlet is P250.


What are the other items charged upon installation?
In addition to installation fee and one-month advance, other charges that may be charged upon installation include:
- Excess cable (P15 per foot)
- Converter (P1,680 outright purchase)
- AB switch (P152)
- Ceiling job (P509)

I live in an analog encrypted area. How different is my subscription?
You enjoy the same channel lineup as a subscriber with the same package in a non-encrypted area. However, because your neighborhood is analog encrypted, you benefit from the absence of illegal connections which degrade signal quality of legitimate subscribers. As such, you enjoy:

  • Clearer reception
  • Less signal outages

Subscribers from an analog encrypted area have the same installation requirements as other subscribers, plus a refundable addressable box deposit of P1,000.


Do I get a special discount when I pay in advance?
Yes, advance payers get outright cash discounts from their subscription, with annual subscribers getting as much as 1-month free!
